During my more than 4 years’ working in myCharge, my responsibility is driving the project through all phases to successful manufacturing of products, including• Handle the project from ID design phase to tooling build, engineering sample build, pre-production and final mass production.• Work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple locations and coordinate with marketing, manufacturing and quality teams to shape product spec, cost, manufacturability, reliability and ensure the project is done on schedule and budget• Direct and follow up with manufacturing partners in establishing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical aspects of product compliance and schedules • Work with US engineering team to finalize the product specification, help factory to comprehend the product spec/requirement correctly.• On site review/follow up the sample build in different phase, DVT/PVT and also CES/Sales samples. • Work with factory and US engineer team to complete the sample evaluation and compliance approval. Follow up the sample test report from US engineering team.• Follow up packaging and accessory development, review and approve packaging sample, monitor packaging production progress • Reduction of project time• Act as a focal point between myCharge and it’s manufacturing partners• Report the project status to US team and other related person timely• Tracking of project progress vs. timeline• Generate a recovery plan if the project timeline is behind expectations• Drive cost-reduction• Source new suppliers on any new inquiry, get quotation/samples and negotiate price• Factory visit for the potential supplier selection • Visit HK electronics show to collect innovative product and supplier information. • Take charge of Display(Walgreen/BBY/Homedept) design , cost review, test and shipment

To monitor and manage global contract manufacturers purchasing order, pricing, production planning and logistics to make sure the shipment on time delivered, and drive continuous improvement to meet company goalsResponsibility:• Set baseline measurements and assure improvement in contract manufacturers on time delivery • Manage all aspects of shipments within and between cross functional teams• Work closely with functional teams, oversee from new project to mass production, make sure key points which impact delivery schedule are clear and reviewed• Generate recovery plan when timeline is behind expectations, make sure vendors take corrective and prevent actions• Expedite vendor on mass production, periodically review capacity, production planning and schedule, assure every side processes on schedule (worker force, raw material, supply chain, machine, power, production line, etc)• Negotiate with vendors in MOQ and payment term support.• Support team in cost analysis/saving and data base• Follow up on manufacturing supplier compliance and regulatory issues to ensure company goals• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
