Specify work scope according to contract, technical issue clarification, engineering hours quotation, specify the equipment and submit major BOM;3. Set milestones according to contract, and set plan of drawing release;4. Set solutions for customer, lead group to finalize power distribution and control system design, detail BOM;5. Cooperate with other design groups such as piping, mechanic, hydraulic, structure;6. Technical support for manufacture department and subcontractors, review the quotation and technical documents submit by subcontractors;7. Site installation and commissioning;8. New products development.

In charge of the quality which defined by engineering team;5. Daily operation on site activities, which manage a wide range of local contractor.
