公司位于外高桥保税区内，负责公司所有的进出事宜： 1，进口包括：申请免表、进口单证的制单、报关和国内外客户的联络。手册的申请、接转及核销等。 2，出口包括：与货代、航空公司及国外客户的联系，从定仓到出货的所有过程以及出口的手册事宜。3，通过平衡出口时货物计费重量和实际毛重的比例从而设计货物外包装来降低运费。4，处理客户的投诉，解决运输中发生的损坏，赔偿，退运等事宜。 5，通过和其他部门的协调、沟通（采购、企划、仓库等），周密、科学的安排出货计划，使出口货物按时出口。最大限度地满足生产及客户的需求。 6.根据公司产品的特性、和货代公司共同制定出口货物的SOP，保证货物严格按照SOP的程序进行、确保货物在运输过程中的安全。

主要是负责各地大客户的出口业务：根据客户产品的性能、质地、包装、货值等制定安全、高效、廉价的进出口物流计划；进一步帮助客户安排报关、货物进仓、定仓、安检、查验等一系列的工作；在货物离境后将信息反馈给客户、通知国外的代理商；当货物发生任何意外的损坏、短缺时第一时间通知客户等。
