Responsible for overall quality management of LOM GZ 3 factories • Define, develop and implement a quality strategy which contributes to the campus strategic directions. • Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems). • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. • Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant. • Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in field.” • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. • Understand and drive regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (i.e. regulatory requirements surrounding ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO18000, TS16949, ISO27000, EICC, UL). Act as the company’s quality management representative (QMR). • Exchange knowledge and information with other LOM facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the LOM organization. Main achievement as Quality Manager: Successfully build up MGZ 3A quality department due to Apple business growth in 2012 : - Recruitment and Retention; - Employee and team development; - Performance Management
