Make global pesticide registration strategy together with sales team. Prepare annual product registration budget, and prioritize the registration projects; Establish plans, track projects, identify anticipate deviations from the plan and implement to keep product introductions on track; Choose and work with registration consultants and clients all over the world to get approvals in different countries such as, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Vietnam, etc; Choose laboratories and contract GLP tests; Monitor the generation GLP studies and core registration dossier; (Phy-chem properties, Five batch, Acute toxicity, Eco-toxicity and local field trails and so on…) Monitor dossier preparation by the team and to maintain submission timelines; Team project management and staffs training.
