1.Production meeting: Chair the production meetings in order to ensure effective communication within the team and report on production status and outstanding issues,2.Order meeting: Attend the order meetings along with the corresponding sales account manager, production merchandiser, (finance and sampling if needed) in order to acknowledge incoming orders; Production manager has the responsibility to approve the order after the order meeting.3.Thoroughly check with the Sample Merchandiser that a complete schedule follow up is taking place with the factory for the delivery of approbation samples (A/S) and production samples (P/S). The sample schedules and quality must be carefully followed along with the sample merchandiser.4.QC booking: Make sure the production merchandiser liaise with the QC Manager in order to plan adequately the interventions of our Quality Controllers.5.Inter-departmental communication: Correctly treat and manage well the relationship and communication with all other TMP departments such as with the Sourcing and Sales Account teams; or between Finance, Transportation and Quality teams.6.Supplier management: When necessary, the manager has to decide whether it’s necessary to visit the factories and check the orders are going smoothly.7.Customer complaint: When there is the customer complaint, the manager must treat the issue seriously along with team members to find the reason and solve quickly the matter;8.Intranet: Make sure intranet should be updated with accurate information about the production processes on time;
