Job Description• Partner with Geo team to develop retail environment ensures that product is presented in a manner which appeals to consumers. Lead the team to develop visual displays that adapt brand messages to retail.• Work closely with the sales team to manage individual location briefs for Nike retail program to ensure that accurate and complete briefs are sent forward for design proposals.• Lead the team to ensure the campaign executed well for different format doors in the whole territory.• Integrated work with other function team to plan the retail activity to drive the business, support the event to bring the clear and powerful brand voice to our target consumer.• Ensure that all financial and operational procedures are in place by seasonal. Control the door’s opening budget, maintenance budget, territory retail activity event budget…• Work together with the team tracking the feedback from the consumer about our campaign launch and activity.
