Check emails everyday and need to work with Production Dept. closely everyday to ensure everything of customers are running smoothly and also need to clarify the outstanding issues to related qty. . - Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules, keep checking with Production Dept. to make sure all the production delivery date on time , ensure the production is running smoothly . - Put samples in the right way , and have them sent to customer accordingly and make sure the samples are check correctly before sent. - To maintain and ensure the goods quality of product with QA Dept.& Production Dept. - Follow up the shipment issue in case there is any problem from shipping dept..
