-Communicate with Client window or HR and hiring managers about job information and related talent market.-Search suitable candidates by all kinds of channels(such as LinkedIn, Liepin.com, cold-calls and etc.) and make the road map meanwhile-Interview candidates via phone or face to face and recommend suitable candidates to clients-Help to arrange the interview for candidates and clients;Follow the whole interview process-Analyze interview feedback from clients and adjust searching direction timely-Resolve issues between candidates and clients by effective communication and deliver the offer- Establish and maintain long-term and good relationship with candidates and clients-Business development according to the talent pool and the market-Acting as project leader, and help to lead two researchers for the daily work

Responsible for recruiting activities from middle to senior level positions.Involve in full-cycle recruitment process.Collect information about required fields.Deeply understand clients’ backgrounds and JDs in order to search suitable candidates.Maintain the recruitment advertisement system and ensured recruitment channel effectiveness.Search candidates in many ways such as cold call, recruiting websites, SNS, referrals and etc.Share market intelligence with candidates and clients.Screen, telephone and face-to-face interview candidates.Assess candidates’ motivation, qualification and soft skills.Submit recommendation report, client interview arrangement and collect feedback from clients.Conduct reference check and offer negotiation then following issues till on board.Contact with candidates regularly, set up networks with candidates.
