Working as a structural engineer in Shanghai Lanke, mainly focusing on seismic design and analysis for both newly-built and retrofitting buildings. Participating in different projects ranging from 5-storey frame structures to 300m-commericial buildings, which require different utilizations of seismic-energy dissipaters , such as viscous fluid dampers, buckling restrained braces and shear dampers designed and produced by Lanke. In order to analyze and provide literal report of the efficiency of those dampers, nonlinear analysis are often required, based on different accuracy instructions, nonlinear static or nonlinear time history are adopted respectively by Midas, Sap2000 and Perform3D.

Internship in TJAD as a structural engineer, taking part in six different projects, which includes a park, two stadium, a luxury hotel, a office building and a commercial building with a cinema inside. Start with Numerical modeling and seismic design for those newly-built structures and by the last project, participating in group of the final construction drawings.
