Responsible for the ALDO brand fit confirm in China. Set the ALDO group fit standard and size conversion chart. Work with agent /supplier tech team every season for pattern correction/ construction review/last correction/fit final approval. Send fit report for PD CA for reference. Explain why if they have wonder/confuse Push agent/supplier improve the fit standard, control the lead-time of fit process to avoid affect the x-Fac date.

Technician from development to commercialization stage, like giving the correct last measurement of each type of shoes develop concerning the fitting and comfortability of new project development. Manage the reinf., backing use in upper towards the good fitting result, with consideration on risk assessment. Manage the full size grading of last & outsole &paper pattern
