Key responsibilities:• Set up finance organization, procedures, structure & system regarding accounting & tax in the most effective and efficient way• Month-end closing, project close & finance reports• Cash management & control• On-site support & on-site responsibility & planning• Annual audit & tax risk control• Advice on process & IC improvements• Supplier & contract management• Team management & development

Key responsibilities:• In charge of AP, AR, GL & Costing team to deal with accounting affairs for China region covering 6 legal entities;• Month-end closing activities leading & monitoring; reviewing close checklist to ensure smoothly close per global schedule;• Conduct monthly Trial balances review and account analysis process, provide the comments & suggestion to BU controllers for further follow-up with business functions;• Follow accounting guidelines and ensure that they are applied all over China;• Leading APAC FSSC team to work with site finance and business functions; procedure of AP/AR/MDM. Covering 7 Asia countries plus Australia & New Zealand.• Assist Finance Director to analyze auditing results and provides reasonable advises, also follow up problems and initiates improvements as well;• Support annual stock & FA taking together with warehouse department and BU controllers;• Team work arrangement and provide internal training to enhance both proficiency of technical accounting & communication skills of them;• Set up clear objectives for every team member, monitor progress periodically

Key responsibilities:GL:• Control North China costing, ensure revenues & expenses are booked properly and accurately;• Review & approve all entries for adjustment and accrual;• Manage analysis report for period closing, well-analysis with proper operation drivers to provide more useful information to management and operation team;• Manage monthly BS & PL and FA movements.AP:• Ensure weekly payment settled timely, cash flow effective and meet group treasury target;• Contract & Staff expenditure management ;• Control foreign exchange risk, prepare hedging report.Taxation:• Review & approve tax including business tax, EIT;• In charge of maintaining relationship with Tax Authority and deal with related issues;• Timely update knowledge and grasp fresh tax law, in order to conduct the daily work;• Work with external tax consultant to avoid venture of taxation.Annual Budget:• Manage annual budget preparation both for G&A and operating costs;• Manage budget analysis.Compliance:• Be familiar with company finance policy, enforce appropriate compliance and control;• Review & control process of daily work;• Support contract review for all vendor applications, ensure supporting documents completed and bidding process done; Auditing:• Close communications with external auditors to settle audit issues and finalize financial statement;• Close audit issues within 6 months upon issuance of audit report; within 3 months for critical & high risk issues.Project:• Coordinate and assist corporate SAP project to ensure successfully launch in China;• Responsible for corporate process management policy based on the effective implementation of the North China region, improvement and management company operating in line with the various departments of the headquarters of the policy process, effectively reduce and control the internal risk.

Key responsibilities:• In charge of credit management, AR collection; control the credit risk from distributors;• Keep the DSO in low level;• Assist market & sales department to manage the distributors;• Fulfill monthly sales report, AR-aging report, and check up on balance with distributors regularly;• Statistic distributors’ sales incentive quarterly.
