Purchasing/Supply Management1.Responsible for raw material purchasing (import), Domestic purchasing (Packaging material, filter and MB). Focus on market supply volume and price fluctuation, setup cost-effective souring strategy.2.Supplier issue, metrics and relationship (TCO), focus on supply risks, analysis and make preventive action and contingent/corrective action.3.Work with suppliers to do Lean production to reduce the purchasing price. 4.Improve the information sharing with suppliers to reduce the purchasing lead-time and reduce the bullwhip effect. Planning and operation management1.S&OP meeting, work out MPS, Rough-cut capacity Planning and Production schedule and Capacity requirement planning, and accordingly to work out DRP.2.Management reasonable inventory level. Run MRP and issue metrics for inventory level and measuring to that total inventory keep on reasonable. Reduce the Obsolescence inventory.3. Quick response to customer requests , increasing customer satisfaction and lifetime customers. 4.Cooperation with Maintenance, Quality Department, HR, effectively PAC and increasing resource utilization and efficiency. 5.Product activities control, measurement and improvement. Increasing efficiency and reducing scrap. 6.Budget and cost effectiveness, improvement and health Cash Flow.7.IT system improvement,Logistics Management1.Warehousing management , collaboration IT and physical planning to keep inventory accuracy. Layout efficiently, velocity and accuracy operations.2.Logistics management. Redesign packaging to reducing cost and increasing loading ratio.3.Custom management.
