1.E-HR system design and management,including new HR system construction,HR portal site,APP,HR-BI,etc.2.Salary and welfare management.3.Employee relationship.4.File,contracts,HR date.5.Building shared service center of HNA group.

1.Selection,training,evaluation,rewards and publishment of senior leader.2.Design of the HNA training system,and training resource management.3.E-learning system construction.

-Selecting in-flight amenities and products(including amenity kits, dinnerwares, beverage containers, bedding articles etc.)-Inviting bids for in-flight amenities and products, making proposals for Procurement Department.-Cooperating with amenities suppliers to make sure on-time delivery and quality.-Drafting services procedures for flight attendants to follow. -Collecting suggestions from flight attendants and make improvement on in-flight product selection and purchase.
