I developed the rapid chemiluminescent determination of viable cells including animal cells, yeast cells and bacteria. This method was applied to antimicrobial susceptibility test in hospitals. It took only 4 hours to determine the antimicrobial effect. Now I am developing the simple and viaual cytotoxicity test using yeast cells to detect the environmental toxic substrates in developing countries.
