负责制定及推行产研项目管理制度、版本迭代及开发标准/流程/规范，并负责重点项目/项目集的全生命周期管理，收集汇总所有项目/版本信息以合理控制项目进展及质量；并负责跨项目/部门干系人管理，协调通用数仓/大数据组件/云平台等部门的版本规划/项目范围，管理各方期望值以确保每个关键里程碑的完成及整体节奏的顺畅

- Buliding and managing the whole process of finance technical projects from business requirements to launch and user acceptance test by the customer. - Committed to programming and testing standards, accuracy and creativity in finding efficient solutions to given requirements. - Taking ownership for the quality of the projects, managing the quality assurance team and validating the delivery of the project - Communication with dev/test/product teams including kick-off meeting, business requirements, specifications validation, follow-up meetings during projects, user acceptance validation and support.1.负责研发部项目经理团队，搭建研发项目流程及规范并形成弱矩阵式项目管理机制，并主要负责各研发中心的产研版本迭代及专项项目/项目集管理工作；2. 作为敏捷教练角色，并以研发部大数据中心为试点引入Scrum+KANBAN模式的日常开发工作，及搭建数据类支撑工作的可视化流程和进度管理；3. 主导需求管理中心的需求全流程设计及优化，采用TAPD+Jira+Confluence工具搭建需求全流程生命周期的工作流程及各环节的准入准出规范，推进和规范需求迭代过程的跨部门协作方式

- Lead the Identity Boarding/Triage team(AP) for any new request, on-going support, providing them business guide and be responsible for project/process manamgement. Total headcouts is 30 at peak.- Work across with Slovakia and Mexico teams in the project to embed new ways of working Agile culture and practices, and build capability, maturity and self-sufficiency in squads.- Coach the team transformed to an Agile team and helped the team to use KANBAN practice.- Work for analyzing the business requirements and support prioritizing the backlogs with the internal stakeholders, resolving technical issues and facilitating the squad activities.- Expand support scope from IBMid(External Authentication)/Web Identity(Internal Heritage Authentication) to Digital Certificate/Enterprise Federation/w3id SSO(Next Generation of authentication)/2FaaS(Second Factors) and Identity Provisioning(ID management).- Implement 24*7*365 on Sev1 support together with other two squads.- Continuously document/optimize processes and mitigate risks.- Human Resource interview and procurement.

- Be the focal of knowledge transfer from Mexico team about Web Identity/wwwSSO(IBM heritage authentication).- Project status tracking and reporting.- Be responsible for Quarter End activities of WI/wwwSSO.- Develop Chatbots as L1/L2 replacement with Java/Waston; Develop automation tools to simplify the support process with Java Selenium; Develop NPS survey tool asking for feedback from end users on support; Develop Java tools/Scripts for daily work.- Ensure the smooth sunset of WI/wwwSSO and get started from "0" with the BlueID/ w3id support(Next Generation of authentication).

Responsibilities:- Be as mentor for knowledge transfer to Bratislava AAMT Guild onboarding to OneTEAM with experienced boarding specialist.- Monitor the status of OneTEAM Beta/Kappa(test environment) and opened DST tickets to fix the issues of test sever.- Develop Java tools which automate the process of onboarding from AAMT to OneTEAM.Achievements:- Trained five new colleagues to become new Boarding Specialists in AAMT Guild, mainly about the specific business knowledge and related technology required.- Recorded a serial of training videos( 11 videos and 324 minutes in total.) for knowledge transfer, organized and hosted 8 Q&A sessions(2 times a week), and also expanded skills on: HTML/XML/JavaScript/Data Base- Traveled to Bratislava,Slovakia from 30/7/2016 to 8/14/2016 in order to provide trainings and Q&A sessions face to face.- "Best Performance" award of Boarding Squad in the OneTEAM Annual Retrospective 2016.

- Be a member of specialists who are in Chengdu/Wuhan and Dalian, boarding new applications to OneTEAM which automate the process of managing access to IBM applications on a variety of security platforms.- Communicate with Application Teams, gather and analyze requirements, provide services and supports for questions and concerns regarding IT access management system.- Adopted Agile KANBAN framework- Develop the properly Java tools and scripts for loading application users' requests existing in target application into OneTEAM as migrated, granted requests.
