I have focused on transportation and tourism and logistic industry since 2008. Especially a lot of my recorded projects are related with aviation industry.Some themes of my project are follows. - Design a mathmatical model for future investment dicision making - Develop more business opportunities for expansion of aviation network - Draw a new business scheme from results of market research and bench-marking potential competitorsI also contribute other clients. For example, I am working with national and local government sector for land developments and/or collecting domestic and oversea investors. In terms of private sector, I have overcome client internal barrier between sales and back office or between top management and middle / senior specialist.

I joined one year training program provided by NRI Tokyo. The mission of this program is that I construct deep relationship between Japan and Shanghai teams to promote cross-over project.When I was in Shanghai, I led to solve some consulting issues with Japanese customer as a Project Leader and supported other projects with Chinese customer as a Project member.Moreover I contributed the development of new client at Shanghai brunch through introduce of my human networks. Before complete of training program, we were able to open new client accounts.
