Primary-----Facility Management1.Planning, organizing and directing the Facility Department, with knowledge / skill-set / experience of maintenance, new facility set-up, and renovation2.Responsible for facility system maintenance and troubleshooting, keep the facility operation smoothly and no interruption for MFG operation 3.Seek for utility saving opportunity in plant wide to comply with law and regulations. 4.Manage the budget and cost to make ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations 5.Provide supporting to operation group in terms of work scheduling, training, troubleshooting 6.Continure improving facility procedure, training, staff development, etc.7.Identify & record any problem and failure relating to the product, process and quality system (Risk management)8. Act as a key role of the coordination with other departments within the company9.Perform other duties as required by companySecondary -----EHS Management1. Lead EHS team to maintain health, safety and environmental programs to assure compliance with China Regulatory requirements.2. Continue improving EHS management system and maintain ISO14001&OHSAS18001 surveillance.Tertiary ----Project Management1.Review clean room and MEP system design and provide suggestions 2.Coordinate with Civil and Architecture engineer for the clean room design 3.Site supervision of clean room project MEP systems 4.Lead facility team to make sure that the Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost of new build project are in line with the requirements

Facility Management•Repair, maintain and calibrate all processing equipment.•Repair and maintain both high pressure boilers.•Repair, and maintain HVAC systems (Heating, ventilating, air conditioning).•Maintain and repair air compressors and pneumatic lines and systems.•Performs basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting systems; inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions.•Replace or repair indoor or outdoor lighting including emergency evacuation lighting.•Manage maintenance crew on daily facility maintenance and repairs.•Track and monitor expenses for repair and maintenance and inventory control.•Maintain and complete preventive maintenance and system repair records for quality assurance.•Required to maintain all procedural documentation and parts budget.•Maintain critical parts and vendor lists.
