1. Install equipment at customer’s locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test. Analyze applicability, accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Recommend design changes or substitution of materials when appropriate.2. Perform start-up, warranty and daily maintenance on system within established time frame3. Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs4. Maintain equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems5. Perform PECVD tools’ startup/ debugging/ maintenance/ troubleshooting/failure analysis for Holland OTB Solar PECVD from 2009.12 to 2011.4, for US LAM Research Semiconductor PECVD in Intel F68 site from 2011.5 to 2013.6, and US Applied Materials AKT TFT-LCD PECVD (15k, 20k, 55k) from 2013.7 to 2015.12.6. Be responsible for the operation test of the LAM Research production tools (14 Vector and 2 Altus) with process engineers, help to meet customers' qualification independently;7. Be responsible for communications with customers, provide technical support and maintenance to customers, keep bettering tools within uptime at minimum cost8. Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, field service reports, miss operation reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis9. Prepare and provide manpower for Lam Research request and Applied Materials10. Provide technical training for different site teams11. Control site overtime12. Working as customer contact window and maintain customer satisfaction and sign off new system13. Summarize site FSE’s OJT status and learning progress. Arrange and inspect site FSE’s weekly report and skills14. Submit monthly report to general manager15. Signature Authority : Expense and Leave approval

1. Mainly responsible for structural design for power transformer, including fuel tank, iron core and winding.2. Reduce the human error during design by establishing database of interchangeable parts and standard parts, using CAD and Pro/e.
