Was responsible for auto finance business for over 150 brand partners’ dealers in territory, including Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet, Shanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing.2. Planned and implemented measures to achieve business objectives for all auto finance products and services (the average business plan fulfillment rate ranked No.1 in West China region of VW brand in 2017 among designated dealers.)3. Trained, coached and managed the dealers’ Board of Management and Financial Consultant(s) with over 300 routine visits to dealers and about 80 business analysis conference for dealers’ GMs (which has led to the continuous increase of dealers’ profit); the gross margin of auto finance rose to over 90%.4. Worked together with 48 automotive financial product suppliers and their branches, including commercial banks, auto finance companies, insurance companies, auto leasing and fleet management companies.5. Optimized existing products, services and marketing campaigns by pushing cross-functional communications and alignment with suppliers, dealers, sales and marketing departments; tracked regional marketing trends and competitors’ new products and services, and provided feedback to the headquarters in the form of oral reports or presentations.7. Promoted over 9 products and services to designated dealers: auto loan, additional fees loan, financial leasing, operating leasing, new car insurance, renewal insurance, GAP insurance, extended warranty services and mobility services (2015 to 2018).8. Regularly reviewed and analysed performance of the newly-launched products each year and made recommendations to the headquarters to improve its competitiveness through modifying the price and features of products (2015 to 2018); the recommendations were always supported by customer questionnaire surveys, brand dealers’ interviews and regional business data analysis.

Estimated and negotiated pricing and features of the products provided by external partners, such as leasing and mobility services companies; helped with reducing the annual interest rate of financial leasing product from over 20% to about 10% after six rounds of negotiation; through efforts made in optimizing business processes, the number of application materials was reduced from 20+ to 14 and customer experience has also improved .
