Responsibilities & Achievement: A.Department Management:1. Make and execute the annual work plan of design(SPM & HPDC) and HPDC Tooling engineering department.2. Define annual objectives for all members, objective review.3. Assist Senior Asia Design Manager(Mexican) to coordinate the relationship between internal and other departments. Arrange work plans, follow up with the progress of tasks, ensure all the activities be completed according to the schedule.4. Participate the global/region conference with customer or global Nemak team. 5. Personnel recruitment6. Define the standards of the product development and tooling development.7. Cooperate with product/process/quality team for the quality accidents/issues. 8. Implementation and integrative management of Asia PLM.9. Asset management for Annual budget evaluation, cost saving and continuous improvement and etc.B. Technical Management:1. Lead Asia design team (SPM & HPDC) to make the virtual feasibility analysis and tooling strategy for products in quotation (cylinder heads & blocks, transmission housing, subframes, beams, shock towers, the battery housing/tray, electrical motor housing/cover). 2. Lead Asia HPDC tooling engineering to provide service related to tooling development.3. Keep in communication with tooling suppliers4. Centralize the resource of all Asia sites, manage the Asia engineering data.5. Lead the gating system and riser proposal design activities for GSPM/LPDC/HPDC/Rota-Cast process using 3D software.6. Cooperate with cross product/process/machining/machine engineering team for the root cause analysis, and support on the related visual aid.7. Review and validate the tooling proposals 8. Supervise and monitor the engineering changes in development and mass production phase, ensure the engineering change procedures are being strictly followed and implemented efficiently. 9. Follow up with the process in PLM system

Responsibilities & Achievement:JDP (Joint Development Phase)1. Assist Chief Engineer (British) on the initial layout of HP & LP AMS Ducting systems in the main structure of COMAC C919 aircraft.2. Keep in communication with with COMAC for technical review3. Coordinate with other Tier-1 suppliers about the interface issues. 4. Organize necessary training on CATIA using and HP & LP AMS Ducting system design.5. Lead Chinese team to complete the initial layout and functional division6. Lead Chinese team to complete the divisional design of HP & LP AMS ducting system in Manchester, UK (2010-2011).7. Follow up with progress of the design according to the master timing plan, 8. Provide 3D modeling and other technical documentation support for Program management (US),9. Participate in the technical review of initial technical proposalDDP (Detailed Development Phase)1. Assist Chief Engineers (British and American) to start division of detailed design work.2. Continuously improve the ducting system model of COMAC C919 Aircraft.3. Complete the ICD (Interface control document) 4. Define the tasks arrangement and training plan during the phase in LA, US, 5. Lead Chinese design team working together with design engineers of US Arrowhead to complete the detailed design in LA, US (2015).6. Communicate the progress of design with the detailed issue log with COMAC and Global management via conference meeting.Others:1. Provided engineering support including the feasibility analysis for the quotation of Bombardier Challenger 605 Aircraft_ AMS ducting system.2. Provided concept proposals for MA700 Aircraft3. Solved the design issue of COMAC ARJ21 Muffler ducting system.4. Followed up with the rig testing of Bombardier Global 7000/8000 ducting system in LA, US.5. Involved in the 2D drawing and review of Bombardier Global 70006. Technical communication with customer 7. Negotiation with customer for quotation.8. Other managment work
