1.Early Involve project concept development for VOC to deep understand and measure customer use case with marketing and engineering. 2. Extract lesson learn from historical failure data and share with team to avoid similar issue happen again3.Review DEMEA&PFMEA to identity quality risk in advanced. 4. Define CTQ, conduct phase gate review to? ensure product goes to a new phase without quality issue. 5. Lead Open Box Failure mode, internal&external customer complaint analysis and determine action plan, provide 8D/ FA report. Monitor field experience through CQE and service department, conduct relevant field failure and trend analysis. 6. Coordinate product quality activities to ensure quality problems are avoided as far as possible at whole design and production process. 7. Establish product inspection plan and make inspection SOP to ensure delivered products meet customer's requirement8. Initiate and conduct qualification test plan for product or process changing, as well as product transition project. 9. Responsible for OQC finding, drive team to provide RCCA.10. Support supplier assessment audits, review improvement action proposals and provide technical support to nonconforming material.
