 Set up effective, efficient and reliable supply chain including production through EOS & SOP development to align with every plant/CBU business strategies Customer requirement analyze and develop supply chain solution package including customer forecast management, material cost quote, transportation mode choosing, safety inventory set up, DOH set up, production type selection, package designing, JIT/JIS distribution to support business quotation and work with internal cross functions to make new project flawless launched to exceed business and customer expectation  Fulfill the material performance target, supply base optimization and materials localization, supplier terms & conditions improvement for LB3 Lean ordering system implementation with supplier’s compliance including EDI, LT, flexibility, OTD, packaging, labeling and transportation through Supply Chain Agreement signature

 Lead team to achieve department target, work with operation team to achieve plant target Annual business plan and budget preparation including forecast profitability analysis, CAPEX, cost and expense controlling.  Yearly standard cost and expense rate maintenance, variance analysis; Monthly report, prepare budget plan, cost control and department daily management including GL&FA, AR, AP, ensure booking accuracy, cash collection and cash pool mgmt. and co-ordinate tax issues for tax exemption and return Team development by target setting and performance reviewing to improve team work efficiency
