Main responsibility:-Overall management of SON gum base business & Mint business with full PCC responsibility, including safety, quality, planning, production, maintenance, customer service， continuous improvement -Provide leadership to global gum base contingency team to support Asia pacific and Russia total 6 Mars manufacturing site chewing gum and bubble gum business-Provide leadership to Mint China business unit to accelerate domestic Mint categoryMain Duties-Engage and develop gum base&Mint operation team-Ensure the health and safety of the associates and production process-Cross-function collaboration with demand, commercial, supply chain to deliver the E2E supply performance-Lead implementation of food safety and quality improvement -Lead implementation of MSE to support gum base and mint business healthy improvement-Responsible for project tendering and project management with factory level
