1.根据工艺包和相关生产经验，修改、优化工艺流程，完善P＆ID；2.赴各设备厂家进行考察和技术交流；3.参与设备招投标工作，负责设备、仪表等工艺参数核对；4.对生产人员进行工艺培训；5.编写操作手册、SOP、操作参数、各开车准备相关方案；6.负责设备现场安装、调试；7.负责后期试车和正常生产管理工作。

May.2007—May.2009 In the period of project,in charge of the technical training,technology review,site constructure,punch list,commissioning with water,initial operation.Went to Davy in London three weeks for technical exchange.Jun.2009—Oct.2010 In charge of the production and operation activities for BDO plant.Promoted for workshop manager at Feb.2010. Be trained lean six sigma green belt in Berjing for two weeks. Be trained the security structure of Qenos and practised in the workshop.Oct.2010—Jun.2012 Transferred to new project at Nov.2010,as manufacture preparation department manager, organized the MAH plant from design, construction, technology review, inspection and acceptance, pre-commissioning, commissioning. Attended the project of BWCM( Bluestar World Class Manufacture).Jul.2012—now in charge of the BOD/THF/MAH plants for daily maitanance during the period of stopping production. Attended the transformation of NDA in THF plant at the beginning of 2014.

Jul.2005—Feb.2006 In the period of structure for BDO plant,monitor the site installation,punch list,commissioning with water,initial operation. Mar.2006—Apr.2007 DCS operator, responsibility for reaction,hydrogenation, and refined section.
