1 Manage the product development process to ensure the project enters mass production on time and within budget.2 Responsible for preparing the project plan, rationally arranging resources, controlling project costs, and advancing the implementation work according to the plan.3 Host regular project meetings, update project progress status, promote team communication, coordinate and handle conflicts, and promote analysis and resolution of project-related issues.4 Organize related activities across project milestones, collect project data and archive according to company process regulations; identify project risks and escalate the situation in a timely manner.
