-Develop manufacturing test strategy for Intel Xeon server from board to L9 system level. Assess manufacturing test risk and gap during product early phase and work with factory& design team for the solution. give testing support from NPI to sustaining phase. -Define test plan and review test coverage & DFT, define factory test configuration, integrate test package and setup factory testing process. -Testing issue debug and follow up. co-work with internal teams to drive the issue been fixed.-Factoy test data review and analysis, work with factory to drive FPY/capacity improved.-Support new ODM selection and enabling, support new test process and SW implement in factory, improve test effeciency and automation.-Drive high test quality to meet intel testing criteria at each milestone, fully engage with project team and ODM to get in line with product schedule.

- Setup and maintenance production IT room and network for manufactory, including server hardware, OS and software package setup, network switch setup and cabling routing, IT facility management and troubleshooting.- Provide software&hardware support and troubleshooting to CM repairer/engineers.- Software package distribution and version control, problem analysis and driven, helpdesk ticket follow up, co-working with multi-functional teams for issue solution- Testing related projects conduct and management, requirements analysis and schedule management, vendor control. New process set up and give training to related team- Write automatic scripts to improve and simplify current works in team.- Local server and package setup for various needs from team, including SMB, ftp, DB, DHCP service setup. System and data security control and manage.

 Write multi-type of scripts to handle the system functional testing for products at NPI and MP stage, provide test solution for Product Line. Automatic Linux/Dos/Windows test environment setting up based on PXE boot for mass produce Server and network optimizing to improve data handshaking performance between UUT, local servers and shop floor system. Touch with customer to discuss the test strategy, Draw up the test plan according to related spec, optimize test coverage  Developing test scripts, setup and maintain test environment(test fixtures, network ...) for Product Line, FW(BIOS/BMC/OS..) validation, feedback test result to SW team Work with cross-functional teams to resolve some test issues, trace the failure root cause and make sure a long term correction Reviews Diagnostic test coverage with design engineers, and improve the test process to make it automatic and effective Issue related documents, like test plan, test coverage, test capacity, fixture forecast, etc Host daily meeting with testing team to review critical issue, give advice and approach for issue fixing. Report monthly metrics and progress to management team.
