General manage 3-plants’ maintenance and Utilities and EHS affairs which include Metal \Plastic\Decoration ;总体管理3间厂的维修、设施、安全环保事务；General manage all plants machine Upgrading for safety and technology ;TPM and PM etc;在安全合技术角度管理升级设备；全面生产维护合预防维护等；Managed Plastic Plant expansion projects such as workshop5# (2x4680m2)and workshop6# (2x3500m2) ; managed machines and lines set up to be normal production;负责胶架工厂厂房扩建项目；负责管理新设备布局就位及正常生产；Managed New Decoration plant construction and workshop set up ;which include two buildings ( 3x4360m2 + 3x7000m2);负责新厂建设和搬迁工程； General manage Plants’ Environment to be compliance ; set up machines’ safety improvement project ; coordinate with SAFETY DAYS internally for all employees involved ;负责各工厂的废水处理项目和规范；及整体设备安全改善工程；协调全厂年度安全日活动；Managed PMPILLAR and 5S project负责5S项目合PM 支柱项目 Managed Tristar Zero-Waste Energy Saving project ; 负责集团零浪费中的能源减排项目。

@ Overall manage plant automatic machines(Presses/washing/dryer/coating/tooling machines etc ,and plant facilities Generators and air-compressor and boiler etc);管理工厂所有生产设备和厂房设施；负责特殊设备运行和生产；@ To systemically analysis facilities capability to plan expansion space ；manage and implement plant house expansion project (2100square meter) ；通过系统分析生产设备产能；针对市场预测以配合德国的亚洲策略；分析厂房合理归化布局并负责扩建工程；@ Coordinate with local government for company expansion;进行相关扩建工程的政府协调和审批；@ Be responsible for new machines installation and relocation and debug;负责德国转移设备的安装及调试；@ Review team daily job completion ,such as work requisition and preventive maintenance ; trouble-shooting etc and set relative document for ISO；管理部门内的检修和维护；编写相关程序文件和指引；@ Improve production and machine process to promote efficiency and department budget planning; develop 5S and build up standard of department。管理和改善生产工艺流程和年度预算；控制成本支出和备件管理。
