Then follow supplier project implementing tightly till PPAP/FAI samples submission, once PPAP/FAI samples’ qualified. Implement VDA6.3 process audit to supplier first batch production. In this stage, used a lot of quality tools, APQP(PFD, PFMEA, MSA, CPK, PPK, SPC, 5 why/8D etc.), to special characteristics(CTQ), firstly MSA analysis, then monitor CPK, assure more than 1.33. After part batch production, continuously monitor supplier’s quality performance, to quality issue, drive suppliers to implement 5why/8D for identifying root cause, corrective actions, preventive measures, follow up 8D’s each step’s implementation till closure. Per annual audit plan or supplier quality performance, implement annual audit or VDA6.3 process audit to suppliers. To quality performance Flop supplier, SQD initiate Flop supplier improvement program, involve cross function team and supplier management level to improve quality performance.
