1. From management point of view, all my jobs I worked were all in the management level including manager, director or even Sales vice president. So I got more than 23 years of management experiences. I am aware of setting the quantified goal, plan and KPI for every division reporting to me, reporting to my boss, and understand how to do things with effectiveness to meet customers' requirements and bosses' commands.2. Management skill for suppliers include quality system (request subcontractor to perform control plan, FMEA, self audit and continuous improvement to meet my setting quality goal, e.g. 100 ppm or excursion rate etc…), yield enhancement (implement SPC, process capability analysis, measurement system analysis, FA and maverick control for outlier lot etc…), capacity allocation (use ranking system with KPI to evaluate supplier to achieve delivery target with 100% etc…).3. Understand how to define customer oriented processes (COP), because all the products and services we provided to customer must continue to improve in value. We must focus upon our customers, both internal and external, and make customer satisfaction a primary business goal. So I set VOC (voice of customers) for all my customers in every company I worked for. I played a role in the company to face customers directly for any quality or product issues. Also, I need to solve customer's problem under my ideas or instructions. This is my favorite part and challenged to solve customer's problem then get good feedback, but better way is to prevent any abnormality happened in advance.4. I'm a good executive with well leadership in my past experiences, that were feedback by all my bosses and colleagues due to we implement cross-interactive performance evaluation for each other. Because we don't know what we really are, we need other people to tell us the truth to make progress quickly.
