Work with the production department on injection orders from customer to ensure on time delivery for in-house molded plastic parts.2.Set up molding process, establish stable, capable production process control to ensure parts consistently molded in good quality.3. 1. Supervises employees in the area of molding production.2. According to fixed department budget, to manage spending for mold injection cost center, and be responsible for all molding employee daily management, and achieve the management target.3. Be responsible for molding process daily management, and make sure to complete all production tasks according to plan, and achieve the quality target.4. Manage all molding supervisors, engineers, shift leaders, technicians and operators in molding section, work out training and development plan and report the training requirement to Plant Manager.5. Monitor and be responsible injection production area, and maintain production with 5S and keep in good condition.6. According to controlled standard and conduct process inspection, and identify all parts with labeling on inspected, to be inspected and not be inspected. Identify and place according to documentation. No allowed to pass non-conformance/to-be inspected parts to next process, and any against activity must be reported to Plant manager.7. To those which need to be sorted products, will need to follow related procedure to handle and management.8. Preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report.9. Plan, implement and coordinate new process development activities related to molds and tooling, as well as changes to the existing molds if applicable. Includes assessing and determining needs; such as: shrinkage, draft angles, tolerances, material needs, etc.10. Coordinate the development of new processes and/or new materials by interfacing with personnel from R&D, technology, product design, product development, quality, production,
