Cooperate with the Application/Business/Platform team, according to the task described below, manage the projects under responsibility. 1. In partnership with the Application teams, support special requests from R&D centers, OEM Predevelopment projects, Tier 1 supplier. Perform Engine simulations and Participate internal testing campaign and with external parties to assess project needs. 2. Support powertrain prototyping/design activity within P&S organization.3. Cooperate with marketing team to better understanding customer’s requirement in order to define robust target setting for HTT next generation products . Perform target setting for new engine boosting needs. 4. Help understanding customer’s requirement from vehicle/engine system point of view, i.e. technology understanding, emission and fuel economy legislation influence .

Involved in three engine improvement projects, two bran-new gasoline engine development projects (One of 2015 China Top Ten Engines, the other is a V-Shaped gasoline engine）.1. Support mass-produced engines upgraded with the aim of performance improvement, energy saving and emission reduction.2. Support Pre-Dev study of Biding project, involving in powertrain matching with vechile during engine development P1～P3 phase, new technologies and concepts feasibility research （profit, cost and risk）.3. Engine thermodynamic simulation with GT-Power, combustion and spray simulation with Star-CD , i.e. engine layout optimized, gas charge simulation.4. Calculation correction with lab result and product design optimized solution recommendation. 5. Literature acquisition, engine benchmark data found and supplement with teamwork.
