I have 13 years process engineering experience on PVD inorganic thin film coating, including 7 years AR coating on plastic spectacles lens and 4 years durable AR coating on consumer electronic product cover glass. Deep knowledge on thin film coating theory, equipment. Familiar with PVD sputtering deposition and evaporate deposition coating process and technology. Familiar using TFCalc and Macleod software to design and refine AR coating. Familiar using DOE, Minitab, DMAIC and metrology gauge tool for problem solving, mechanical performance, reliability performance and cosmetic quality improvement. Ability to develop coating process, work with CM for tech transfer, pilot run, production ramp.
