Responsibility: Kept good relationship with officers from relevant supervision institutions for better understanding the newest policies as well as making suggestion on policies formulation.  Represented FII China to interact with domestic and foreign experts and scholars for business exchange and academic seminars. Provided quantitative and analytical data to validate wood construction opportunities that supporting climate change policies and investment decisions in China. Translated data into insights that drive practical solutions to assist in tracking how wood construction resources can be used and measured in supporting climate change policies. Researched and collected data to create models, charts, statistical graphs, presentations and reports and analyzed the information and put it in the context of wood construction practices and opportunities.Achievements: Played a role as Project Leader in the development of evaluation of carbon emission during the whole life cycle of timber-structure building and CCER methodology, cooperated with Tsinghua University and drafted proposals and did relevant research. Played a role as Project Leader in policy research on promoting low-carbon innovation of building materials, cooperated with Energy Institute of National Development and Reform Commission and drafted proposals and did relevant research. Accepted news-orientation in Canada for 3 weeks and acquired latest industrial development tendencies, policy orientation on climate change as well as newest technologies. Served as General Coordinator when Canada Delegation visited China and initiated the conference with Energy Institute of National Development and Reform Commission and Tsinghua University, aiming at digging out more cooperative projects with Chinese counterparts.

Responsibility: Acted as core project members in solving major scientific and technological issues and conducted administrative works such as the draft of project proposal and final reports, estimation of project budget and determination of actual budget.  Participated in 10+ scientific research projects in climate change and low-carbon development fields. Give lecturers on undergraduate minor course of "climate change", focusing on mitigation of climate change, international mechanism for tackling climate change, economics of climate change and climate ethics, synergistic effects on climate change. Played a role as General Coordinator in Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) ---“Chinese Perspectives of Tackling Climate Change”.Achievements: 2014-2016 Earliest Peaking the Carbon Emission of China, co-funded by US Energy Fund and CDM, completed report on the possible impact on China under different temperature scenarios from extreme weather and climate events, water resources, agriculture and forest ecosystems.  2016-2017 Key Management Science Issues and Policy Research of Green and Low Carbon Development and Transformation, National Natural Science Fund, prepared proposal on the simulation of global warming level under different emission scenarios and the impact on major countries and regions under different emission scenarios. 2015-2016 Projection of China Climate Change Scenario, Asia Development Bank Consulting Project, completed report on future changes in temperature and precipitation and climate extremes. 2014-2016 Major Climate Change Scientific Cognition in Post-AR5 Era, consulting project of Chinese Academy of Sciences, studied new scientific conclusions of climate change science after IPCC AR5, completed report on impacts and adaptations of climate change.

Responsibility: Led team members to accomplish national projects and provided consulting service for local government in circular economy, industrial ecology and environment management aspects.Achievements: Participated in Low Carbon Development Plan in "The Shenyang 12th Five-Year", local government commissioned, set up the low carbon green development goals, key projects and measures, worked out low carbon development plan, provided policy support for the Shenyang municipal government. Participated in national science and technology support project--- Land Use Change and Land Reuse Technology in Old Industrial Relocation Area.
