Responsibilities as the Program Manager of Department of Intercultural Exchange for Middle School Students:-Manage the daily specific work of the Intercultural Exchange, conduct departmental system drafting, program budget formulation, new employee training, team building, and year-end employee assessment;-According to program development requirements, I am responsible for the formulation of the annual process work arrangements of the Intercultural Exchange Program;-Make the plan and implement online and offline program promotion;-Build and manage the program training team around 40 people including staff and volunteer, and conduct a series of training for program students;-Lead the planning of the International Understanding Education Seminar and the annual working meeting of the International Cultural Exchange Program for Middle School Students, confirm the theme, schedule, and speakers of the meeting, and coordinate the work assignments of the departments and groups;- In charge of the program risk management team, responsible for handling various emergencies and reporting them in time;-Be responsible for psychological counseling and counseling for program students;-Be responsible for the interpretation work between the leaders of the association and foreign guests on the intercultural exchange program for middle school studentsWorking Performance:-During the four years of work, a total of more than 510 Chinese students were sent to 30 countries and regions( US, Germany, Italy, Japan, etc.), and more than 1,200 foreign students from 40 countries and regions were received( US, France, Germany, Austrualia, Tunisia, etc.). No major incidents involving personal safety occurred;-Since 2016, led the team to generate revenue of 17 million yuan for the company, including about 11 million yuan for Sending Programs and about 6 million yuan for Hosting Programs.
