In the stage of mass production, the closure of organizational problem points, production climbing, production transfer, 8D closure of customers, customer satisfaction, etc. are compared to summarize the experience of project objectives.5. Responsible for the evaluation and evaluation of engineering changes in mass production stage (mould, process, etc.), customer approval and implementation, etc.6. Responsible for the management of the process part of the project: formulating the casting process plan, submitting the gate plan, overflow plan and mould temperature plan to the mould manufacturing, solving the problem of mould test and acceptance of the mould, debugging the test process and initial process documents, production climbing and other project process content;7. Familiar with IATF6949 system requirements, with the company's internal auditor certificate, every six months as one of the company's internal auditors to participate in product audit and process audit;

Responsible for the die casting process of aluminium alloy products (from project stage to mass production), timely analysis of the reasons for the changes of various processes to achieve quality objectives, mainly responsible for products: engine parts, motor parts (cylinder block, front and rear gearbox body, skirt frame, timing hood, water pump body, oil pump, motor housing, steering. The related contents of die casting process for shell and battery shell etc.2. Responsible for the adjustment and management of process parameters and the inspection of process discipline to ensure the machine efficiency and product quality;3. Analysis, improvement, summary and report of production quality problems;4. Training and supervision of process standard actions, preparation of process documents, determination of production capacity and working hours;5. Provide the maintenance plan of the mould and solve the problem.6. Leading the workshop project of new factory building (E27), from layout planning, civil construction progress tracking, process planning, construction to later stage equipment installation and commissioning (including equipment selection), commissioning and other processes, completed 8 die casting machines with more than 2500T from plant layout, construction, progress guarantee, function acceptance, installation and commissioning. Prepare for installation and commissioning to put into production and a series of processes;7. Production of process related documents: PFC, PFMEA, SOP, etc.8. Be proficient in using Proe, CAD and other design software.
