Monthly report and other tasks from quality manager1. SQ team management, divided commodity based on individual background, build internal lesson learn sharing and conduct daily SQE work. By regular review of 8D, supplier change record, quality blocked stock, lead team to achieve KPI of SQ. 2. New supplier qualification for LEM group: QRA audit to potential supplier. Make supplier annual audit schedule and carry out audit. New project supplier visit and audit support.3. Tackle with supplier quality issue from IQC, production line and customer return. Lead team to provide timely support to ensure LEM production line needs and provide support to customer quality team.4. Incoming inspection management, including IQC training, fixture and jigs management, IQC KPI management: ensure timely inspection, coordinate workload etc… 5. Lead significant supplier quality issue tackle and continuously improvement. Example : core cleanliness issue, build six sigma project to solve core burrs and cleanliness issue. By weekly meeting with supplier and regular visit to supplier to achieve LEM requirement.6. Monthly report and review with quality manager and other tasks assigned from quality manager.

Yan Jiao, Sanhe City, Lang Fang City, He Bei Province

Responsible for new parts APQP process, Feasibility study, sourcing committee, new part development process tracking and control. Potential supplier PSA audit, VDA6.3 process audit for new parts. Tackle with quality issue and conduct supplier’s improvement.1. Confirm Feasibility Study report of new parts (Daimler E class W213 project and Baic ShenBao D50, B20A project etc), according to technical and quality requirement, evaluate supplier’s capability.2. Support sourcing committee, give opinion from technical and quality aspect.3. Set up sampling schedule and get supplier’s commitment for defined milestones. Confirm qualification and test requirement. Check the dimension and trail assembly status for first off tool sample and C samples, find the non-conformity on time, feedback to supplier for timely improvement. Ensure to fulfill whole project schedule.4. New part developing phase audit, tracking and evaluate for tooling, production and test fixture etc.5. Review project and open point regularly, Based on VDA6.3 standard make process audit and Full run check, tracking improvement actions, New components ISIR document confirmation, including: dimension report, function report, FMEA, CP and PV test report.6. Make PSA audit to potential supplier and rank the supplier with A/B/C classification. Conduct supplier’s improvement.7. Accomplish inspection WI for new component, track quality issue 3 month after SOP. Support localization process for over-seas component, provide technical support for supplier selection.8. Tackle with quality issues from production line and IQC, For major issues, arrange sorting or replace the parts timely. Ensure normal production running and charge relative cost to supplier.

Zhi Hai

Mainly in charge of production line quality improve and control, solve serious quality issues and deal with customer complaint. The product is camera module, apply to Mircosoft Game-Box and mobile phone of Apple and Motorola.1, X-BOX camera module production line quality control,lead quality improvement meeting regularly, find root cause for serious quality issue, implement effective actions.2. Deal with customer complain, confirm the defects from Foxconn production line ,accomplish 8D report and make preventive measure, communicate with customer regularly, decrease customer wrong judgment（have decreased many lots）, and provide technical support the their improvement(such as MS Game-Box SFR fail)，so to decrease the quantity of RMA.3. Maintain the testers, negotiate the DPPM target, RMA confirmation and disposal procedure with customer.4. Accomplish weekly quality summary, report the quality status to manager timely.

Dong Guan City, Guang Dong Province.

Mainly in charge of line quality control of ZTE mobile phone and wireless products, and deal with customer complain：1. In charge of line quality control of ZTE mobile phone and wireless products，lead daily quality meeting，improve three major defects，by the use of MES system and SPC method to upgrade the good yield of production line.2. Deal with customer complain, accomplish 8D report, satisfied customer needs，step up the rank in ZTE EMS evaluation to top three（rank first for three continuous month）.3. Institute standard test method for mobile phone and train operators, maintain the testing fixture.4. Control shipment quality，upgrade OQC sampling good rate. Compile relatively documents for the ISO audit needs.
