Incharge of LNG Canada Mini-E-House painting&insulationDuty:1.Review all the specifications,procedures,standards,method of statements,ITP ,Especially with Technical specification for protective coating From SHELL and codes involved in projects.2.Monitor in-progress coating&insulation work,such as material receiving&storage,coating interval,weather conditions,paints production time and etc. Ensure that all materials is stored and handled in accordance with manufacturer's requirements.3.Write daily&weekly&monthly reports based on the daily inspection results to leader or site manager.4. Know about IIF(injury and inccident free), every friday morning take part in Listening Tour to Yard workers with HSE DPT.be sure work under the safety environment. Once found safety problem,write report or require yard immediately to rectify.5.Issue and close Non Conformance Reports. Ensure the coating applied in accordance with painting specification and application standards.6.Monitoring working at site and resolving technical issues relating to painting and insulation fields with each maker.7.Offer technical assistance&guidance to the construction team. Liaising with yard QC, maker and Subcontractors on all coating&insulation matters.8.Familiar with paint application and testing standards, such as ISO 8501 to ISO 8504, ASTM D4541/ISO 4624, PSPC&NACE standard and etc.....

Ensure the coating applied in accordance with painting specification and application standards.6.Monitoring working at site and resolving technical issues relating to painting and insulation with each paint maker.7.Offer technical assistance&guidance to the construction team. Liaising with shipyard QC,paint maker and Subcontractors on all coating matters.8.Familiar with paint application and testing standards, such as ISO 8501 to ISO 8504, ASTM D4541/ISO 4624, PSPC&NACE standard and etc.....For LPG Cargo Tank outside(cryogenic insulation)According to the insulation Procedure and ITP, Primer coat will be applied after Grinding Accepted. Then spray PU Foam at least 12 CM and polyurea coating at least 1 mm(provided by DongSung FINETEC from Korea).

Ensure that all procedures are in conformance with specification and relevant standards. Reporting progress and problems directly to the Owner Site Manager. Liaising with Yard and Paint representatives.

Controlling of all blasting and coating procedures during Shipbuilding process of No.3&4 4700 cbm LPG/LNG vessels(coral star and coral sticho) with blocks,erection and slip away,wharf stage. Ensure that all procedures are in conformance with specification and relevant standards. Reporting progress and problems directly to the Owner Site Manager. Liaising with Yard and Paint representatives.

Take part in daily blasting and coating inspections with owner and S/Y QA.Make sure the quality of coating is up to the standard of painting specification.- Give the painting technical supports to the owner and S/Y,solve the painting problem properly.- Finish PPG technical reports based on the daily inspection(include weekly and monthly report)- Follow strictly the technical service procedure protecting PPG safe.- Manage the good relationship with customers like owner, class society,S/Y and subcontractor.- Support sales team on some project information.

Make painting procedure&plan- Offer supports to the workshop, handle some painting problem with maker and owners- Offer training for painting workers- Take part in painting inspection with owner and Technical service representative.
