Hi, this is Kaiyuan Shi, currently working at Bigo technical as Regional Manager for Content Moderation team at Pakistan, Malaysia and Philippines. Meanwhile, I am a postgraduate with three years' business experience from MSc Global Strategy and Innovation Management at the University of Leeds with an anticipated distinction degree. A summary of my shining points are listed hereinafter.First of all, as a commercial manager who has been worked in South Asia and Southeast Asia for a Chinese state multinational, I possessed three years' experience in B2B and B2C sales, marketing, and contract management to liaising with different stakeholders especially our clients. Apart from that, I enjoy the professional experience in international trading since I have to manage the supply chain of our projects on a daily basis. Furthermore, I am fluent in Mandarin and English, specialized in Mandarin and English translation and interpreting since I have passed the BEC higher, TEM-8(Test for English Major), and NAETI III for Mandarin-English Translation in China.With strong interpersonal skills, I am innovative, proactive, open-minded, optimistic and I have a strong communicative competence as well as empathy to interact with different people from different countries thanks to the experience in different countries I had. Moreover, recent years’ overseas working experience as a commercial manager had provided me with a rich experience of how to manage a team and how to collaborate with my team members. Apart from this, an excellent competence for problem-solving especially for customer service is also my advantage. Finally, I am hardworking and willing to work extra hours in tight deadlines. With a strong interest to explore new territories and tackle new challenges, I believe it is not too hard to adapt to a new environment.
