Main responsibilities: Responsible for the overall leadership of the organization of production activities in factories.  Organization, implementation and monitoring of production systems management system, including the quality management system, security system, equipment maintenance, cost control system analysis, product development and technical improvement system and so on. Organization of new techniques, new technologies, new equipment, promotion and application.  Ministry of Finance coordinated the analysis and control of manufacturing costs, optimizes manufacturing costs.  Responsible for the production system of human resource management and planning, to establish a complete management team and efficient production system.  Responsible for plant safety and environmental protection to meet government regulations and company requirements.

Proction manager:To maintain daily production activities to ensure production safety conditions, quality and timely delivery.
