Project implementation tracking, formulation of five process groups of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, as well as specific work, schedule, horizontal measurement index and risk prevention in ten knowledge areas.6. Identified the key implementation path, sorted out the progress of each project regularly and reported to customers and superior leaders.7.
