1. Lead manufacturing team in achieving timely order fulfillment with desired product quality and cost effectiveness.2. Develop manufacturing systems to assure schedule compliance, build in quality and waste prevention;3. Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and deliverables including output, yield, UPH, OPE, etc.;4. Provide leadership in overcoming manufacturing issues in material, process, quality and production;5. Provides input for AOP (annual operational planning) and takes care for deployment and realization of related targets (realization of operational targets according AOP, like capacity, headcount planning, manufacturing costs and quality performance)6. Continuously optimize manufacturing processes via Lean techniques. Proactively identify and drive continuous productivity improvement and cost reduction.7. Support new product introduction (NPI) and be steering for project management activities, co-work with industrialization to build up and buyoff the new line, responsible for ramp up and safe launch execution.8. Ensure workplace and workforce safety are not compromised at all time. Maintain clean and conducive work environment.

Lead the process engineer team for the process performance monitoring and correction, including process CPK control, yield tracking and CAPA; Responsible for the transfer and introduction of new processes, cooperation with RD and industrialization for the NPI and new machines setup; Continuous and breakthrough improvement activities for process like yield and capacity improvement; Lead the engineering change process, ensure timely and effective execution of engineering changes.

Accountable for achieving all agreed product and process quality targets as defined in the milestone requirements of the BCP / Engineering process; Assure quality and reliability of new products (robust design) during the design stage according to the needs of the customer using the DfSS methodologies: DFMEA, Lessons Learned, Control plans, Process flow etc. Monitoring the execution of Control Plan, SOP in mass production, periodically review PFME/CP with team, Support CQE in customer complaint handling and audit;

1. Define and drive execution of the quality plan in a development project within the areas of Voice of the Customer (VOC), Critical to quality (CTQ), DFMEA, Robust & Reliable Design, Risk & Problem Management. Able to use related quality tools and DMAIC methodical approach ;2. Define and drive completion of validation test plan in a development project including Analysis Testing, Design Evaluation Testing, Product Maturity Testing, Ongoing Reliability Testing, Safety and Approbation;3. Cooperate with process engineer and SQE to complete PFMEA; control plan and PPAP report, ensure that the process capability is able to meet quality target;

Responsibility:1. In the early stage of product development, collect voice of customer (VOC) and help QPL to turn it into critical to quality (CTQ);2. Take charge of all testing for application and data analysis, including various aspects, like optical, mechanical, electrical and thermal; 3. Provide technical support to customers.

Responsibility:1. Make sure the photometric measurement equipment (Integrating sphere, gonio, etc.) is well managed, performing tests and providing test reports;2. Conducting measurement system analysis (MSA) and setup control system (SPC), solve problems if test deviation happens;3. Training and certify supplier to do product testing and help them to setup the procedure and equipment;4. Keep track on test standard updates, setup new test SOP/equipment as standard requirement;
