I. Handling accounting & tax works and annual administrative inspection for 30+ clients.II. Providing professional advise in order to lower the business risk and answering clients' queries about accounting and tax issue, working on a long term relationship with clients.III. Checking reimbursement for employees, calculating salary and bonus.VI. Preparing and analyzing cash budget monthly.

In charge of the payment and receipt bookkeeping for Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Haikou and Hainan branch using Sun system also the fixed assets system for South of China, providing fixed/intangible assets monthly report.II. Checking claim, payment and contract.III. Monthly/quarterly/annually tax filling.IV. Applying and issuing invoice(Fapiao).V. Withholding tax for overseas payment.VI. Collecting and paying the oversea payment coordinating with the bank(HSBC).

From Feb to Jul, my position was an Accountant in charge of all the accounting and tax works for the branches in Guangdong (Mainly for Shenzhen, the head branch).Since August, I had been promoted as an Accounting supervior. Supervising 2 interns, monitoring internal control and tackling the daily operation issues to the Group as well as each business unit.

Check original vouchers sent by the clients(Including manufacturing enterprises in SZ Futian bonded area and in Foshan, and a law firm in HK), and bookkeeping by using Kingdee Cloud, K3 and SAGE ACCPAC.II. Preparation of financial reporting packages ( PL, BS, detail of cost ) in bilingualism.III. Filling of taxes return(VAT, VAT surcharge, CIT and IIT), issuance and verification of VAT invoice(FAPIAO) for both General and Small scale VAT payer.IV. Monthly routine online meeting with the client's mother-company abroad regarding the financial report.V. Calculation of monthly salary, annual bonus and IIT; management of social welfare(Housing fund and Social insurance).VI. Management of bank account, foreign currency in SAFE.VII. Management of China E-port IC card.VIII. Annual Inspection.IX. Stocktake and labelling of fixed assets and inventories.
