Responsibilities & Achievements:* Developing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse and cost-effective tools for expanding talent pool;* Researching and developing multi-hiring sourcing approaches and new recruiting channels, and deeply diving, analyzing and managing efficiency in using new recruiting channels;* Developing strategic relationships with external resources, like campus, admissions and vendors;* Assisting with communication in cross-function, and coordinating with ECOMM, Marketing, Procurement, Compliance and Legal, PR for promoting recruitment cooperation;* Assisting with preparation, promotion and execution of recruitment sourcing-related special projects as assigned by TA Head, such as Campus Hiring; * Responsible for operating recruiting WeChat and H5, regularly improving innovation and aesthetics of the looking;* Regular reports related to recruiting channels efficiency for continuously improving the hiring quality;* Timely finding out problems of recruiting channels and solving these based on data and efficiency analyst;* Responsible for technical support for recruiting channels.

Responsibilities & Achievements:* Strategic sourcing for vendors with a lower cost of raw materials, keeping frequent cost analysis, as well as continuously improving in cost control;* Managing the vendors of raw materials, analyzing the market and securing price transparency;* Identifying and selecting the right vendors, which can meet the product plans; * Final price negotiation and agreement on business terms with vendors;* Familiar with specific materials and related standards, opening PO and controlling stock and ETA date;* Tracking the status of key materials, completing import and export process and handling defect materials with IQC and PE; * Monitoring and managing vendor performance regularly, especially the cost and financial status, driving vendors for continuous improvements, such as vendor rating;* Updating qualified vendor list quarterly.

Responsibilities & Achievements:* Checking and updating documents from HK customers based on DOI of the company;* Analyzing the organization and instruction of customers and checking customers risk level;* Handling Data Input request from HK Customers and ensuring the processing with high accuracy based on company standards;* Ensuring consistent delivery efficiency and accuracy standards of business processes;* Ensuring daily transactions are completed before cutoff time;* Assisting the line manager to come up with process simplification.
