岗位职责：1. 依据公司经营计划和战略规划拟定供应链战略与目标，根据业务开展情况，优化供应链各环节流程提高交付效率，减少成本损耗；2. 优化供应商开发、供应商评审与管理、合同授予等体系及流程；3. 负责设备、设施维护保养的管理制度，监督维护保养机制的制定和落地，保障设备和设施的正常使用，指导设备和设施维护、工程施工、IT网络及硬件支撑的日常工作；4. 协助CEO和COO优化运营支撑部组织架构和薪酬体系，落实部门合规体系建设；5. 提升团队内部凝聚力和专业技能，提高团队运营效率。工作成果：1. 完成供应链管理各项指标效率的制定如：LT达成率、一次性申领满足率、高峰月份库管人均拣配效率等从方向上明确基层员工的绩效参照提高了一线的支撑的满意度；2. 完成运维体系搭建和指标制定：从运维响应效率、运维时效、核心设备正常工作率等方面帮助运维团队明确工作指针提高诊所的支撑获得感；3. 完成卓正采购标准合同的制定及审定，建立内部合同管理台账，纳入合同管理物资采购支出占比从60%提升至75%；4. 制定和修订物资准入、物资申领、物资采购、设施设备管理等各项SOP及制度，将各项流程制度化、合规化；5. 年度采购降本12%，供应商数量缩减9%，一次性申领满足率超85%，LT的达成率超95%；6. 领导完成新筹建深圳医院的医疗专项工程及基建相关医疗设备的采购及招标工作。

主要负责医院的检验科设备和耗材的招标与采购Manage major equipment and consumables procurement procedure for clinical laboratory and pharmacy负责旗下医院药房的招标采购工作Responsible for bidding and procurement of drugs 参与采购项目的招标工作及对采购合同履行过程进行跟踪，及时组织支付相关款项，协调好与供应商和医院设备管理部门的沟通；Participate in the bidding stage of procurement project and track the contract fulfillment process, timely organize the related payments, ensure smooth communication between suppliers and the hospital equipment department.维护并更新相关供应商数据，搜集、汇总及评估供应商信息；Maintain and update the data of relevant suppliers, research、summarize and evaluate the information provided.开发潜在的供应商，对现任供应商进行评估和管理；与战略合作供应商建立战略合作关系，并签订框架协议；促进供应链的建设，持续降低成本；Focus on market development in China and overseas, lead the team to develop and strengthen vendor relationship for new business so as to improve service quality and help the company continue to reduce costs. Key Responsibilities 1.Directing support the Chemistry group(over 50 members) in GSK R&D China team for procurement activities with focus on China and oversea.The procurement responsible consists of more than 40 suppliers and manufacturers and annual spending budget of more than 2 million US dollar. The goods we need contain chemicals, regents, toxic chemicals and other materials for research use. 2.Helps chemistry head to manage toxic chemicals, reagents and other materials to store and dispose of properly a, Help the storage stuff put the material on the right area, register the new goods and update the record in time b, Make an use records about all the products and send to the head of the chemistry department every monthc, Attend the government Security Meeting about the hyper toxic chemicals use and management on behalf of the company, and help the EHS team improve the lab safetyd, contact with the waste disposal company to handle all the deteriorated chemicals and products3.Works with chemical producers to have chemicals specially prepared that are needed by research chemists a, Keep a good relationship with the suppliers and make all delivery punctuallyb, As a representative investigate the vendor qualifications all over the China4.Helps chemists to confirm the quality and the delivery of chemicals and materials After we get the customized or precious goods I will work with the chemists to confirm the quality via use the modern test facility such as GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, SFC and so on. 5.Develop and execute strategies and initiatives for the continuous improvement of R&D operationa, Optimized the purchasing flow and consummate the SOP in R&D China according the research useb, Give the advices about vendors to the head of chemistry lab and help the head do some business
