I worked in Sales Department,there are five teams of this department,I am a leader in my team.My duties are:1. To visit the key customers on a regular or irregular basis, understand and handle problems in a timely manner.2. According to company marketing strategy, set up the team's sales target.3. To trial and implement the sales plan, and timely correct the wrong implementation plan, finally complete the sales target set by the company rules.4. Build elite team, the organization establishment, training subordinates, designated specific division of labor, to set up the supervision reward and punishment, coordinate each position and the team cooperation relationship, finish the target under the guidance of superiors.5. As a bridge of company and customers, to feedback the customer information in time.6. Actively cooperate with the company's brand strategy, unified caliber declared, maintain the company's image.7. Handle the problems that customers reflected, and timely communicating and following up. Service is the important means to win customers, consolidate and expand the customer. With the biggest efforts to the pursuit of customer satisfaction.8. Take the lead to do a good job of sales, and coordinate the sales, delivery, service and after sales process. The sales process including contact customer, understand customer needs, to present products, place orders, follow up the production process, delivery and collect feedback information and so on.
