1986年生まれ。東京大学大学院学際情報学府修士課程修了（M.A.）。SNSのマーケティング活用や若年層のトレンドについての研究開発・コンサルティングを専門とする。最新著に「新世代のビジネスはスマホの中から生まれる ショートムービー時代のSNSマーケティング」（2022年、世界文化社）。その他、「シェアしたがる心理～SNSの情報環境を読み解く7つの視点～」（2017年、宣伝会議）、「SNS変遷史～『いいね！』でつながる社会のゆくえ～」（2019年、イースト新書）。共著に「情報メディア白書』「広告白書」「メディアリテラシー 吟味思考を育む」など多数。SNSを活用したキャンペーン実施や企業との共同研究調査プロジェクトなどを主導。その経験を活かし、経済番組でのコメンテーターや各種講演スピーカーやインタビューを数多く務める。日経電子版Think! エキスパートコメンテーター。Forbes JAPANオフィシャルコラムニスト。明治学院大学非常勤講師（2023年～）。Born in 1986.
