主要职责：主要职责：管理厂务设施维护团队，及外包服务供应商，保证厂房建筑及设备设施在良好的维护条件下正常运行。厂务设施维护，变配电，锅炉，冷机，暖通空调等公用工程设施维护管理。消防，安防，保洁，绿化，虫控及EHS等工作管理。保持与政府管理部门良好沟通，确保通过政府及公司集团内外部监察审核。主要业绩：利用精益工具，配合OPS,改善空调冷机运行模式，5至9月份在产量同比增加7%的情况下，电力费用同比降低13%。Key Responsibilities 1. Managed the warehousing distribution center facility team, Power distribution,HVAC,boilers,chillers,and other utility management. Firefighting ,security, cleaning, greenery, pest control and EHS management. Guarantee the normal operation of warehouse facilities under good maintenance conditions. 2. Managed facilities maintenance and reconstruction. Outsourcing service supplier management. 3. Controlled the budget of facility maintenance projects, Analyzed the energy consumption of water, electricity and gas. 4. Communicated with the government to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations 5.Managed company's sewage, noise, waste gas and other related environmental issues, ensure that the company meets the requirements of Environmental Protection Bureau . Main achievements: Optimized the operation mode of air-conditioning system..Decreased the electricity cost by 13% when the output increased by 7% from June to September in 2018。

1、管理厂务设施维护团队，负责厂房及洁净室等设施的检修维护与改造。工厂改扩建项目的管理，负责外部承包商、供应商的管理，确保符合国家法规与公司的质量标准。 2、管理公用工程维护团队，负责空调系统、制水系统、压缩空气系统、制冷系统、锅炉蒸汽系统等公用工程设施的巡检、预防性维修及改造的管理。消防设施、安防设施、虫害防控设施、给排水等辅助设备设施的维护管理。 3、管理厂内设施设备改造项目的计划安排与实施，关键系统的变更及验证。确保变更改造项目符合集团质量标准和国家GMP规范。 4、监督控制工程部维修及消耗预算。给予工程师和技术员必要的管理、激励和培训。 5、监督工厂员工操作行为提高安全意识，评估EHS相关风险因素及影响。监督各施工供应商的环境安全和健康风险,确保其符合工厂环境安全和健康各项要求.

1、 负责与瑞典总部的技术联络，安排包装设备的本地升级与更新。编写升级报告和维修指导，设备故障维修与出厂调试。2、 负责对服务工程师及客户的技术培训。灌装设备与备件库存的管理。

负责新工厂车间的建设生产设备安装及无菌包装生产设备技术培训。安排设备的验收调整、故障检修与安装调试，保障生产的正常运行。无菌制袋生产线设备操作的技术培训。2005年9月-2005年12月被选派至意大利米兰公司总部培训 4个月
