⚫ As the PM, lead the implementation of core digitalization projects: -Collaborate with the functional teams (IT data/infra/application expert/supplier development team/biz users) to drive the needs collection & clarification, project initialization, pre-alignment, project management(time-cost-quality), applicationdevelopment, quality check (UAT), release mgmt., deployment, and national rollout. -Implement the digitalization systems that aligned with the CPG's growth strategy.⚫ As the team head, lead the team to support the digital system operations: Backend and APP-Manage the digital operation team to monitor the problems/tickets raised by regional and departmental users, cooperate with technical teams and suppliers, and provide end-users with timely guidance and consulting support within SLA. ⚫ Lead the sales BI report development and data analysis (before 2021):-Work with the IT datalake team to deliver the day-to-day biz data management, provide the timely biz performance reports/dashboards in various datasets, provide the transparent KPI monitor, such as sales performance & incentive report, inventory, point of sale monitoring, channel dev. tracking, new products launch monitoring, and sales routine execution. -Develop the multi-dimensional cube to enable the self-service analysis. (MS SQL+Mysql+datalake)⚫ Accelerate the business application innovations:-Connect with each stakeholder, collect the needs from practical projects, identify valuable business cases and leverage data analytics to boost the design-thinking. -Take the chance of POC proof-of-concept, pilot the good case in a manageable scale, validate the quick-win solutions.⚫ Manage the 3rd party service supplier: -supervise the performance of supplier, work out improvement plan for the suppliers, review the management rules, to ensure suppliers can grow with Danone.
