Managed communications and procedures with external investors and regulatory bodies, as well as internal communications with technical team leaders.Responsible for company registration, project management, cost control, and final company liquidation and deregistration.Project 1: Pet Medical Pre-Diagnosis System Platform, developed by a 10-person technical team, aimed to build a fast-response pre-diagnosis system for pets, addressing compliance challenges and providing efficient medical diagnosis services. The technical difficulty focused on system development and response optimization. The project was initially considered to have significant market potential in 2019.Project 2: Mainstream Media Digitization and User Network Trace Digitization Project, focused on digitizing users' real-world behavior traces to create "digital humans" as data packages. The technical challenge lay in model implementation and data processing. At that time, the limitations of data models and LLM (Large Language Models) technology hindered progress. The team coordinated sponsor demands and pushed the project forward, but due to both technical and local Chinese policy issues, the projects were eventually terminated. The team operated for about two years, gaining valuable experience in technical development and project management.
